The CurlyWorld Training Academy is currently offering a unique level of in-person, hands-on training with Lorraine Massey, the developer of the Curl-by-Curl® cutting technique and the CG Method by Lorraine Massey.
Starting in 2024, Lorraine and members of her training team will travel to select salons to deliver a two-day Foundational or Advanced Workshop for up to 8 stylists.

Your stylists receive In-person, hands-on, step-by-step practice on live models guided by the original curl advocate, Lorraine Massey.
Focused and intimate guidance via classes of up to eight students at your salon location.
Practice of the original Curl by Curl® cutting technique (developed by Lorraine) where each curl is cut in its dry resting position to optimize and enhance the beauty of the natural curl style.
Application of the CG Method by Lorraine Massey to promote a cleansing, conditioning, and styling routine that will elevate the health and beauty of your client’s curls.
Each workshop is designed to cover a variety of curl categories (tight, wavy, or fractal) prioritized for your salon so students can understand and practice the unique attributes of each specific curl category and develop the flexibility and confidence to elevate the look of any type of curly that enters your salon.
All salons that host a CurlyWorld Academy Traveling Workshop will have the opportunity to be featured in the “Find CurlyWorld near you” section of curlyworld.com. Your presence on curlyworld.com, with tens of thousands of visitors per year, can significantly enhance the awareness and consideration of your salon.
